Ulysses

This 3 year old Rottweiler apparently was a stray that recently came to the rescue in hopes to find the perfect home that he deserves. As with strays we never know much, if anything, about these dogs other than somebody decided to just let them go fend for themselves. No worries, ULYSSES is in good hands and we will provide him love and care until his adoption day comes!

ULYSSES will need a firm handler as he will try to be dominant.  He seems to be OK around large dogs, sometimes wanting to bark at them in passing, but doesn’t act aggressive in any way. We do not know how he is with kids so we probably would suggest he be in a home with older children. As with any child, they must give the dog space and wait for the dog to come to them.  We do not know his behavior around cats. All in all, he is a good boy and very sweet.
